使い方

- 火傷、切り傷、傷跡。キャリアオイルで5％に希釈して外用します。傷口が開いている場合は、原液を少量ずつ使用します。

- 筋肉の痛み。キャリアオイルで3～5％に希釈して局所的に使用します。

- 不安感。ディフュージョン、キャリアオイルで5％に希釈した局所適用、アロマバス。

- 睡眠障害。ディフュージョン、キャリアオイルで3～5％に希釈した外用薬。
